WELCOME TO THE NEW! WEBSITE OF THE

CALIFORNIA GRAND JURORS' ASSOCIATION!

This organization is composed of current and former grand jurors from throughout the state. It is dedicated to promoting the understanding of the unique practices of grand juries in California and to educating the public and prospective grand jurors about the beneficial oversight function of this system.

Our website has been redesigned to make it more “User Friendly.”  Run your mouse over the box at the top that reflects your interest in our association.  More popular menu items may be found on the left-hand side menu.

The website has links to many useful sites related to grand jury business. There are links to all County Grand Juries that maintain their own sites. Most of these contain current and recent grand jury reports.

There are also other useful links to sites that, for example, provide access to all California Codes, as well as the status of current legislation.

CGJA is divided into three geographical regions.  Click here to find your county’s region. Click on Chapters to see if there is a CGJA Chapter in your county.

To contact us, visit the Officers & Directors or Committees page to help you find the person most likely to answer your inquiry. We look forward to hearing from you.
