Instructions for the 2023 Ballot
Ballots must be received by September 15, 2023 to be counted.
Directors from each region (North (2), Central (2), and South (2)) shall be elected by members residing in that region for two-year terms to begin November 1, 2023.
Voting for directors will be by electronic ballot on the CGJA Website. A plurality shall elect directors. No proxy voting is allowed. Vote for up to two (2) Directors but no more than two (2) and only one (1) vote per candidate.
Step One: Review the candidate statements by clicking here. Candidates are listed alphabetically by last name. A space is provided for write-in names of members in your region. (If more than two votes are cast, the votes on that ballot will not be counted.)
Step Two: Mark the ballot. In order to have your ballot counted, you must input your control number and county (click the down arrow and select), then click on the Vote button.
Step Three: Ballot must be completed and submitted by September 15, 2023.
The Tellers’ Committee will verify membership status and perform a tally of the results. Results will be announced in the October 2023 Grand Jurors’ Journal and by the Tellers Committee at CGJA’s 2023 Annual Membership Meeting on Sunday, October 22, 2023.
